1. Sugar Mill Road – Pedestrian trail along the top of the seacliff south of Pepe`ekeo Point. Hiking, fishing & nature study. Limited parking, otherwise undeveloped. Hazardous weather, waves, cliffs, footing and currents. Open 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Vehicular and pedestrian access from Hawai`i Belt Road (Hwy. 19) to public parking and pedestrian access easements at Pepe`ekeo Point. Pedestrian only access from the parking area at the intersection of Sugar Mill Road and Beach Road is through a fence stile along an undefined trail to the sea cliff.

2. Kapehu Coastal Access Trail – Pedestrian only access trail from the parking area along the top of Kapehu Gulch to the sea cliff and mouth of Kapehu Stream. Hiking, fishing & nature study. Limited parking, otherwise undeveloped. Hazardous weather, waves, cliffs, footing and currents. Open 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Vehicular access from Sugar Mill Road to the north end of Old Railroad Way on the south side of Kapehu Gulch. Right (makai) turn at public access sign, then approximately 800 feet to the signed parking area.

3. North Pepe`ekeo Coastal Trail – Hiking trail along high sea cliffs with limited access to the mostly rocky shoreline areas. Hiking, fishing & nature study. Limited parking, otherwise undeveloped. Hazardous weather, waves, cliffs, footing and currents. Open 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Lateral pedestrian access along the sea cliff from the Coast Guard navigation light to Kapehu Gulch. Access is restricted to pedestrian use only.

4. Beach Road Coastal Access Trail – Pedestrian only access trail from a signed parking area at Beach Road to the North Pepe`ekeo Coastal Trail. Hiking, fishing & nature study. Limited parking, otherwise undeveloped. Hazardous weather, waves, cliffs, footing and currents. Open 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Vehicular access is via an unnamed newly paved road heading makai off Old Railroad Way just north of Overpass Road to the signed parking area at Beach Road.

5. Panopano Coastal Access Trail – Pedestrain only access through fence stile opposite the parking area to the South Pepe`ekeo Coastal Trail. Hiking, fishing & nature study. Limited parking, otherwise undeveloped. Hazardous weather, waves, cliffs, footing and currents. Caution: area between sea cliff and Loa Road being used to graze cattle. Open 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Vehicular access from Sugar Mill Road via Old Railroad Way to Panopano Road to the public parking area at the intersection of Panopano Road and Loa Road.

6. South Pepe`ekeo Coastal Trail – High sea cliffs with limited access to a mostly rocky shoreline. Hiking, fishing & nature study. Hazardous weather, waves, cliffs, footing and currents. Caution: area being used to graze cattle. Open 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Lateral pedestrian access along the sea cliff from Waima`auou Stream to SE portion of Pepe`ekeo Mill property. Access is restricted to pedestrian use only.

7. Loa Road Coastal Access Trail – Pedestrian only access through fence stile opposite the parking area to the South Pepe`ekeo Coastal Trail. Hiking, fishing & nature study. Hazardous weather, waves, cliffs, footing and currents. Caution: area between sea cliff and Loa Road being used to graze cattle. Open 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Vehicular access from Panopano Road to the public parking area approximately 1,200 feet north on Loa Road.
