The Immigration Information Office provides immigration information and assistance on immigration related issues and concerns to the constituents of Hawai‘i County, disseminates immigration forms, acts as a resource office, and serves as a liaison to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS formerly INS).

NOTE: This office does NOT provide legal advice or adjudicate immigration applications.

Philippine Consulate Outreach

The County of Hawai‘i’s Immigration Information Office is hosting the Philippine Consulate Mobile Team on November 4th and 5th, 2017.  The Consulate’s Mobile Team will conduct the following consular services:

  •  Passport Renewal (Fee: $60.00; cash only)
  • Acceptance of application for Notary Service; Authenticiation of Documents; and more.
  • Administer the oath of allegiance for qualified dual citizenship.  See flyer for more information.
  • Answer our kababayans’ questions and concerns.
  • Register for the 2019 Philippine national elections
