Annual Horse Stall Lottery

Pursuant to Parks and Recreation Rule 3, Section 6 – Rules Relating to the Pana‘ewa Recreational Complex, the Department of Parks and Recreation will conduct the annual lottery drawing for assignment of horse stalls at Pana‘ewa Equestrian Center. The lottery drawing will be held Wednesday, September 10th, 2025, at 3:00 pm at the Pana‘ewa Equestrian Center, Al Cabral Grandstand, 800 Stainback Highway, Hilo, Hawai‘i.

Applications for the lottery drawing are available to the public and must be submitted within the ten (10) business day period between August 18th, 2025, to August 29th, 2025, to the Department of Parks and Recreation,101 Pauahi Street, Suite 6, Hilo Hawai‘i. Applications must be completed and received no later than 4:00 pm, Friday, August 29, 2025, and will not be accepted on the date of the lottery or prior to the ten (10) day filing period.
