The County of Hawai‘i Department of Parks and Recreation and HMSA are pleased to announce the 2025 Akamai Living Fair from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23 at the Edith Kanaka‘ole Multi-Purpose Stadium in Hilo.

The free event will include over 50 vendors, highlighting the services available to older adults.  

A cooking demonstration, free flu shots and health screenings, BINGO, lucky door prizes, line dancing, guest presenters, and a teapresso booth are some of the highlights of the fair.  

There will also be a grand prize giveaway of $100 at the conclusion of the event (must be present to win).
