Description: The Property Management (PM) Division is responsible for the acquisition, management, and disposition of real property for the County of Hawai‘i; and the disposition of surplus personal property for the County of Hawai‘i.

PM's staff provides support to the Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Commission as part of the Open Space Program. The Open Space Program has two special funds. One of which assist in acquisitions or easements of lands for preservation and the other fund to assist in stewardship of these protected lands.
