Description: Promotes equal pay for equal work in the development and maintenance of the County’s position classification plan. Major responsibilities include advising departments on organizational changes, position classifications and pay-related matters including the development of new classes of work. Collaborates with department heads/deputies and mid-level managers to develop a productive work force, and serves as liaison with human resource agencies from other jurisdictions.
