Elections Accessibility Needs Advisory Committee

Purpose: To ensure equal and independent access to voter registration, casting of ballots, and all other county election division services.

Public Testimony

• At the Meeting: Members of the public may provide testimony to the Committee at the beginning of the meeting or immediately prior to the specific agenda item being discussed.

• Advance Submission: Individuals wishing to submit testimony in advance of the meeting may do so via:

• Distribution: The board secretary will distribute copies of written testimony at the meeting.

• Public Record: All oral and written testimony will be considered part of the public record.
