Liquor Commission

Purpose: To adopt, amend, and repeal regulations having the force and effect of law for the administration of liquor control in the County, and to carry out provisions of the liquor control laws of the State. Grant, renew, or refuse any licenses for the manufacture, importation, and sale of liquor in the County under applicable laws and regulations.

Statements from the Public:  Public Testimony may be done in person, or in writing by email, fax, or mail/walk-in. To ensure timely delivery to the Commission, written testimony must be received by 12: 00 noon on the business day prior to the meeting by:

Indicate agenda item submitting for; submit separate testimony for each item. All testimony regardless of time of receipt will be part of the permanent record.
