Liquor Control Adjudication Board

Purpose: To hear and determine complaints regarding violations of Chapter 281 of the Hawai‘i Revised Statutes, as amended; and Rules and Regulations of the Liquor Commission, to impose penalties as provided bylaw.

Statements from the Public:  

Public Testimony may be done in person, or in writing by email, fax, or mail/walk-in. To ensure timely delivery to the Board, written testimony must be received by 12 noon on the business day prior to the meeting by:
