delivery. Enhanced safety measures, operating procedures, reporting tools, and auction processes will support timely and consistent removal and disposition of abandoned vehicles.

The Audit Report recommendations aim to improve program continuity, reduce storage costs, and promote operational consistency through better documentation and cross-training. Implementation will ensure services remain reliable during staffing changes and that procedures are applied uniformly.

Collectively, these improvements support a more efficient, accountable, and responsive Derelict and Abandoned Vehicle Program that better serves the community while protecting public resources and employees.
